New CHIP health plan

Beginning July 1, 2024, Healthy U is a new CHIP health plan. For more information about Healthy U’s provider and hospital network, visit the Healthy U website or call their member services at 1-833-404-4300.

No more CHIP premiums

Families on CHIP Plan B and C previously paid a $30 or $75 quarterly premium. After July 1, families are no longer charged a premium for their children’s CHIP coverage. If you have questions about your premiums or getting a refund for a premium that you have already paid, call DWS at 1-866-435-7414.

New CHIP copays

As of July 1, 2024, there is an increase in copays and deductibles for some covered services on CHIP Plan B and C. For information on what the new copay and deductible amounts are, check out the new CHIP copay summary (English & Spanish).
